Dell’s professional Ubuntu service

Here’s an article from marcelgagne.com who bought a new Ubuntu machine from Dell and had several problems getting what he ordered. First his order was lost by Dell themselves and later on he was handed round from one supporter to another. See how difficult handling “new” software can be for vendors
